To earn this award, Scouters should first discuss the requirements for the Duty to God Award with their Scouting leaders.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv title=\"Page 1\" class=\"page\"\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"layoutArea\"\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"column\"\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBefore you begin to work on the award, you should also obtain a personal journal. This can either be a special journal or a simple spiral-bound notebook. You can then begin working on the requirements and electives for this award. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\nDo not be in too much of a hurry to earn or “run through” the award. This award is designed to help strengthen your faith in the Lord, Jesus Christ and increase your understanding of the importance of doing your duty to God.
